Before you open it

Windows will show a warning. That is expected.

PruPru.exe does not yet have a digital publisher certificate — that is why Windows Defender SmartScreen blocks the first run of any new program, even a safe one. It is not a virus; Windows is simply being cautious with an unrecognized file. The two steps below take care of it.

How to allow the app to run

Click "More info"

As soon as PruPru.exe opens, this screen appears first.

Click "Run anyway"

The screen expands and reveals this second option — that is what opens the app.

Alternative

Prefer to unblock it before opening?

Right-click PruPru.exe → Properties → check "Unblock" at the bottom of the General tab → OK. The SmartScreen warning will no longer appear.
