For the purposes of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the European GDPR, the controller of data processed on the Site is PruPru Digital Services. Data protection contact: efojunior25@gmail.com.
This policy explains how PruPru.exe (the "App") and the prupru.org website (the "Site") handle data. They're covered separately because they work very differently.
The App does not collect, send, or share any of your data with PruPru Digital Services or third parties. Specifically:

It only exists to power the maintenance reminder inside the app itself.%LocalAppData%\PruPru\lang.txt.The Site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers). Like any website, Cloudflare technically processes the IP address of visitors — which is considered personal data under LGPD — in order to deliver pages and for security purposes. This is inherent to how any website on the internet works.
The Site has no sign-up form, no login, and doesn't directly collect your name, email, or other personal data. The only personal information visible on the Site is what we ourselves chose to publish (our Pix key and PayPal link, in the donations section) — using those links is your choice, and any information you provide there (name on Pix, email on PayPal) is processed by Brazil's Central Bank (Pix) or by PayPal, not by us.
The Site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to personalize ads based on your browsing. If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before enabling non-essential cookies, as required by local regulation.
You can control Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and learn more about how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Data processed by Google (for ad display) and Cloudflare (for Site hosting) may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside Brazil, including in the United States. These companies maintain their own LGPD and GDPR compliance mechanisms for that kind of transfer.
We don't store personal data on our own servers. The App's execution log stays on your computer until you delete it manually or uninstall the App. Browsing data processed by Cloudflare and Google follows those companies' own retention policies.
The Site and the App are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children in that age range. Ads displayed via Google AdSense on the Site are not specifically targeted at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
Since the App doesn't collect data, there's nothing to access, correct, or delete regarding it. For the Site, under LGPD (Art. 18) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to: confirm whether processing exists; access, correct, or request anonymization/deletion of data; request portability; withdraw consent; and get information about who we share data with. For data processed by Google (ads) or Pix/PayPal (donations), also use those companies' own privacy channels. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at efojunior25@gmail.com.
We may update this policy periodically, for example if we add new features that process data. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version.
